Cohen in Yiddish
We perform a selection of Leonard Cohen’s poems and songs in Yiddish. Newly written material, where Cohen’s poetry is translated and put to music, combined with some of his most beloved songs. A heartfelt and soulful program that offers a unique encounter in which Cohen’s own words are brought one step closer to his Jewish heritage.
A musical tribute to his life’s work in the year he would have turned 90, i.e. 2024.
